Information You Provide
Search terms
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Ellis County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you email us or use a contact form, we may retain the information you provide so that we can respond and maintain the conversation. We do not share message contents outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

For Texas government records, the relevant access framework includes the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552; each government office maintains its own privacy practices.
Advertising partners may also collect information about activity across websites on their own systems in order to provide interest-based advertising. Their collection is governed by their own notices and choices, not by this Privacy Notice.
